The YouTube “Wait a Moment”campaign

The YouTube “Wait a Moment” campaign, co-hosted by the Sunfull Foundation and Google Korea, is a public initiative aimed at raising awareness of the dangers of online hate speech and malicious comments while promoting a healthier culture of communication.

The campaign’s core message is that “by taking a brief pause before posting a comment, we can think of our actions and hence create a warmer and more positive online environment.” As part of the initiative, a contest and awards ceremony are held to recognize participants who have contributed to spreading a healthy digital culture.

Supported by Google Korea, this campaign encourages social participation and empathy, growing into a meaningful social movement.
